Hi-5 House Series 1 is a spin-off series of the Australian children's television show "Hi-5" on Nick Jr. This was the first appearance of Mary, Ainsley and Dayen besides Stevie and Lauren. This is the only series of Hi-5 House to feature Lauren Brant and to not feature Tanika Anderson.

LAUREN and Chats play with fluffy stuff. MARY pretends to be a fox that digs a burrow. STEVIE and Lauren pretend to be Jack in the box. AINSLEY blows different sort of whistles and accidentally calls some dogs. Jup Jup leads DAYEN on a treasure hunt to find her missing teddy bear and tutu. MARY cooks a cake while doing exercises. CHATS introduces us to the bookworms Aristotle and Horace, then they realize there's a new box there and Tinka comes out from it.

LAUREN reads a postcard she got from her grandma. MARY tries to do some juggling. STEVIE makes a Hi-5 flag. AINSLEY plays a bağlama and an oud, he and Mary remember how their own uncles used to play them. DAYEN writes her name in Korean. MARY spells her name with her body. CHATS introduces us to the bookworms Aristotle and Horace, then they realize there's a new box there and Tinka comes out from it.

LAUREN and Chats think of a name for a cat. MARY pretends to be a boxing cat. STEVIE builds different doors with holes to Ainsley dog to fit through. AINSLEY does a tap dance and the dogs and cats answer to the beat. DAYEN cooks scrambled eggs for the Hi-5 band. MARY takes care of a chicken. AINSLEY does some sounds to help the Hi-5 band to play ping pong. DAYEN the magician does a magic trick hiding a ball under one of three cups. MARY puts on different kinds of hats. CHATS and Tinka dress up as fairies but they swap the wings.

STEVIE finds a way to carry curvy fruit. MARY solves a puzzle. AINSLEY makes Mexican guacamole. MARY does a carrot tap. Chats tries to guess the special ingredient in LAUREN's smoothie. STEVIE invents a mood-o-meter, so he'll be able to know how he feels. MARY adds a goofy face for Stevie's mood-o-meter. CHATS and Tinka dress up as fairies but they swap the wings.
